Xiamen Air's Coming ! You Heard ?
If you haven't heard of Xiamen Air,it is time to get to know themes their intercontinental route expansion is coming on strong.You can watch the following video to get to know about them.Currently they are operating intercontinentally to Amsterdam,Sydney,Melbourne,Seattle and Vancouver.
They are going to open a new route between New York and Fuzhou early next year which is the first route of Xiamen air to the east coast.Xiamen air is a subsidised airline by China Southern Airlines,they are also a Skyteam member so they are well.They are operating with a all-boring fleet which is unique in China.
It is said that the new Boeing 787 they will be receiving will have the reverse herringbone configuration in Business class which is the best in Market right now.In mainland China,only China Eastern is operating with 1-2-1 herringbone configuration,however the level of service is not up to international standards so this will leave Xiamen Air to have the best Business Class product overall in mainland China when flying intercontinental to the US,Hainan Airlines is a Skytrax 5 star and the only 5 star airlines in mainland China,however they are operating 2-2-2 configuration so for single passengers ,privacy could be a problem on Hainan.
For people trying to fly in and out of China,you will have an alternative options from now and potentially one of the best between US-China market.
